How do I make a purchase?
Use the Shop links to browse our products. Once you have found an item, choose your size and colour and click on the 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG' button on the product page.
Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'MY BAG' link at the top of the page. Click on 'CHECKOUT' to complete your order.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You can shop at R I C O C H E T without creating an account. Can I return a sale item?
R I C O C H E T does not accept returns or credits on sale items unless the garment is faulty.
How do I buy a pre-order item?
Pre-order is a service that allows you to pre-purchase a garment before it is available in our stores or online. The item is charged to your credit card straight away but is not sent until the delivery date which is stated in the description.
How can I track my order?
When your order has been dispatched you will receive an automated e-mail with a tracking reference. For New Zealand orders you can track your order using the ‘Track and Trace’ service at www.courierpost.co.nz. For international orders you can track your order using the ‘Track and Trace’ service at www.dhl.com
Can I use a PO Box for my delivery address?
No, we are unable to deliver directly to PO Box addresses as a signature is required upon delivery.
