You may return any product within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned unused, unaltered and unwashed. All original packaging and labelling must be returned in good condition also. Returns may only be made via ricochet.co.nz and not at any physical stores.
If you wish to exchange an item please email us as soon as possible to reserve another item. Items may only be exchanged for other items on ricochet.co.nz. Exchanges may only be made via ricochet.co.nz and not at any physical stores. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the availability of merchandise for exchanges. Initial and return shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.
How Do I Return an Item?
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorisation. Please allow suitable time for us to process your request. A representative will contact you with your return authorisation number and shipping instructions. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been received and processed. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.

How Do I Receive a Refund?
Once we have received your item your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five working days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from.
How Long Will Processing of my Exchange Take?
Once your item has been received by us your new item will be sent to you within five working days. Once the item has been sent we will advise you of the item’s tracking number and expected arrival date.
What do I do if my Item is Faulty?
If your item is faulty or does not correspond with the item presented on ricochet.co.nz you may return it or exchange it. Please contact us to obtain a return authorisation number. Please note that a return authorisation number does not guarantee that your return will be accepted if the merchandise is found to be damaged or otherwise not in the original condition. Once we receive the item we will assess and then repair, replace or refund the item within 5 days of receipt as appropriate. If the item is faulty we will refund to you the costs of returning the item and cover all shipping costs for the replacement or repaired item.
